Sichuan pickled pepper (homemade) 4 pieces.
2 carrots
6-mouth mushroom
Onion 1
Eight Australian shrimps
Octopus 1
Laoganma Douchi Sauce 2 tablespoons
2 small peas.
Proper amount of olive oil
1 root onion
2 bowls of rice (I use Indian rice, if I use glutinous rice, I can stay overnight)
Mix and match Spanish fried rice
Chop pickled peppers, dice carrots, onions and mushrooms, dice shrimps with butterfly knives and dice octopus.
Heat the pan, add oil, add diced carrots and pickled peppers, stir-fry carotene, add onions, mushrooms and peas until cooked, then add shrimps and octopus and stir-fry. Finally, add rice and 2 teaspoons of Laoganma Douchi sauce.
