1995, Tsering Wangmo opened a Tibetan restaurant named "Lhasa Moon", which is the first Tibetan restaurant in San Francisco. At the same time, she sorted out Tibetan food recipes. The book "Lhasa Moon Tibetan Food Menu" won the 2000 and 200 1 gold medals awarded by the National Dietetic Association of the United States.
1999 Tsering Wangmo established the Tibetan Cultural Protection Association in San Francisco, which is a non-profit organization. Under her management, the organization has carried out various activities, such as inviting Tibetan monks to make altar cities and celebrating the Tibetan New Year with Tibetan elderly people in southern India.
