Ejiao black chicken soup

0/50g of black-bone chicken/kloc-,0/5g of salt, 0/5g of donkey-hide gelatin/kloc-,0/00g of lean meat/kloc-,5g of red dates, 5g of longan and 3 slices of ginger.

working methods

1. Wash black-bone chicken and lean meat and cut into small pieces. Wash red dates, remove cores and wash longan.

2. Boil water in the pot, add chicken and lean meat to remove blood stains, then remove and wash.

3. Put black-bone chicken, donkey-hide gelatin, lean meat, red dates, longan and ginger slices into the stew.
