Ming Wanli's "Shaoxing Fu Zhi" says: "Xiagai Mountain (a" Xiajiashan ") is six miles north of Shangyu County." It means not in Xiaoshan. Mao Qiling said: "Xiling Lake is also called Xicheng Lake. If it is close to Xiling, it is called Xiling Lake. Because it is west of Chengshan, it is called Xicheng Lake. " (Xiaoshan County Records Error) The two sentences "near Xiling" and "in the west of Chengshan" explain the geographical location of Xiling Lake, indicating that the former Xiling Lake is today's Baima Lake. Qing Qianlong's "Xiaoshan County Records Mountains and Rivers" contains Shi Mao's comments: "The old and new records do not contain this lake, but the government records contain it, which must be based on it." Xiling Lake exists objectively. So where is Xiajiashan? Qing Gu Zuyu said: "Twenty-five miles west of Xiaoshan County, there is a mountain, Xiling Lake, also known as Xiajia Lake. The mountain is in the lake, and it is also called Cuizhang Mountain several miles to the river. " This article is even more puzzling, because there are no such mountains and lakes in Xiaoshan. The draft of Xiaoshan County Records and Mountains and Rivers in the Republic of China said: "People in this city either regard Huilong Mountain or Yejiashan in Zihongling as it, all of which are in the west of Baima Lake."
