Three-silk fried noodles
Ingredients: cold noodles (dried noodles, water leaves, pasta, instant noodles, any kind of noodles at home).
Accessories: green pepper, red pepper, onion, ham sausage, leek and eggs.
Seasoning: monosodium glutamate, chicken essence, salt, seafood soy sauce (or Vista), soy sauce, Chili oil.
Practice: 1. (Pretreatment of all kinds of noodles): Boil the water in the pot, add a little cold water to keep it from boiling, shake the noodles out of the pot, and clamp them with chopsticks to prevent them from sticking to the pot and being undercooked. 2.
