My family is an authentic northerner, but I usually eat less pasta. The main reason is not because I don't like pasta, but because I don't have time to cook it. Every day after work, I am always tired and hungry. I want to eat the food right away, so making pasta is relatively slow, because I have to knead the flour and stir fry it. I can't wait to eat spaghetti about 40 to 50 minutes before dinner.

When cooking, you can eat dinner faster. After coming home from work, steam rice first, then wash vegetables and stir-fry, and you can have dinner in about half an hour.

Today I'm going to share a practice in Lamian Noodles. When I eat noodles at home, I always make my own noodles. I don't like noodles bought from outside. The noodles made by ourselves are chewy, smooth and elastic, and there is no need to put salt in the noodles, so it is more reassuring and healthier to eat.

To make high gluten noodles, it is enough for my husband and I to have 120 grams of flour. We mix the dough with moderate warm water and add a small amount of water several times to make a dough that is neither soft nor hard. Many people want to add salt to noodles to increase gluten. Usually, we eat too much invisible salt in our lives. For the sake of health, my noodles are not salted, and the noodles made are still gluten-free.

5. Add carrots and diced mushrooms and fry for 30 seconds, and add appropriate amount of boiling water.

6. Add vermicelli and cook for 30 seconds.

7. Take out a frozen tomato, thaw it, peel it and chop it. Some time ago, I picked some tomatoes in my sister's and niece's gardens. If I can't finish eating them, I will freeze them and store them in the refrigerator.
