Ingredients: 3 squid.
Accessories: onion 1, green pepper 1, lemon juice 1 tablespoon, salt 1 tablespoon, soy sauce 1 tablespoon, 2 tablespoons of Beijing duck sauce (sweet noodle sauce), 2 tablespoons of barbecue sauce, sweet pepper powder and cumin powder.
Steps:
1. Remove the black skin from squid, wash it, add lemon juice, salt and soy sauce, and marinate for half an hour;
