Salad oil 80㏄ water 500㏄.
Cream 30g cornmeal water 2 teaspoons.
2 tablespoons oyster sauce and 1/4 teaspoons of salt.
Steps of onion juice
1. Wash onion and cut it into filaments for later use.
2. Take a pot, heat it, add salad oil, and turn the heat down. Add shredded onion by the method of 1 and stir-fry until the onion is light brown. Add water and continue to simmer for about 20 minutes until the onions are soft.
3. Step 2: Add all seasonings and mix well, then add corn flour and water to thicken, and finally add cream and mix well.
