1. Pour 100g cassava flour into a bowl, then pour 90g boiling water several times, stir with chopsticks while pouring water, and then start to make cassava flour into balls for later use.
2. Prepare a piece of purple potato and a piece of pumpkin, slice them, steam them in a pot for 15 minutes, then put them in two bowls, pour in 10g white sugar, 10g cooked oil or lard respectively, grind them into a paste, and knead the purple potato paste and pumpkin paste into balls.
3. Take a small amount of cassava dough, knead it flat in your hand, then add the prepared stuffing and wrap it in jiaozi.
4. Boil water in the pot. After the water boils, put the prepared jiaozi in a pot and cook for about 5 minutes. When all the jiaozi in the pot floats, the crystal jiaozi can be cooked.
