A friend said that this is a product of French Ford Company, which was originally intended to be processed and produced in China and then sold back to Europe. Later, when I saw the demand in China market, I began to sell it in China. Ford is a company specializing in producing small household appliances, which is very famous in Europe.

Experience:
1. When using a multi-layer steamer, large pieces of food should be placed at the bottom. When it is almost cooked, it should be placed on the upper steaming rack to continue steaming the easy-to-cook food.
2. There is a juice collecting tray on the base, and steam water will drip into the juice collecting tray. There is an egg nest in this tray, which can be used to steam the whole egg, but not steamed bread and other things that are afraid of water. The pot cover shows that it takes 10 ~ 18 minutes to steam eggs. Steamed three eggs for the first time, timed 18 minutes, and found it a little old. Steamed two eggs 10 minutes for the second time, but didn't finish them in time. I found it was still a little old when I ate it, and the yolk was completely solidified. This shows that the time of steaming eggs is related to the number of eggs. The more eggs, the longer the steaming time, and the fewer eggs, the less time. And I find that steamed eggs are easier to peel than cooked eggs. If it's steamed chicken, the juice in the juice tray is delicious, so you can keep it for soup.

7. Compared with the microwave oven, the electric steamer should have its own advantages. The microwave oven is faster and the electric steamer is easier to maintain its flavor.
8. The power cord of my rice cooker can automatically retract after use, and the heat preservation function is quite good. If Ford electric steamer can improve these two points, so much the better. Of course, transparency and heat preservation are contradictory and it is difficult to improve.
Precautions:
1. When using the electric steamer, you need to add water first, then turn on the power supply, and then time it.
2. Don't eat too much steamed food at one time.
3. When removing the movable handle, rebound should be prevented.
4. Remove the scale on the heater in time to prevent the heat exchange from being blocked, thus prolonging the service life of the pot. When there is little scale, I wipe it off with a soft cloth. If there is too much scale, soak it in 50% white vinegar and water solution for 20 minutes according to the instructions, and repeatedly clean the water container to remove the vinegar smell.
5. The base of the electric steamer cannot be soaked in water for cleaning.
