Ingredients for fried chicken with glutinous rice wine;
Ingredients: 350g chicken breast.
Accessories: carrot100g, rice wine 200g.
Seasoning: soy sauce 10g, garlic (white skin) 5g, starch (corn) 10g, sugar 5g, sesame oil 2g and vegetable oil 25g.
Making:
1. Dice chicken breast;
2. Add sugar, starch and soy sauce into a container, stir evenly, and adjust the size and taste;
3. Wash garlic and cut into pieces;
4. Wash carrots and cut into pieces;
5. Blanch carrots with boiling water, remove them and drain them for later use;
6. Set fire to the oil in the dry pot. When the oil is 30% hot, add a proper amount of salt and fry until cooked;
7. When the oil is 70% hot, pour in diced chicken and minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant;
8. Add carrots, sugar, soy sauce, glutinous rice wine and chicken essence, stir-fry evenly, and pour in sesame oil.
