Ingredients: half a catty of ribs, 2 potatoes, 500ml bottle of beer, one spoon of soy sauce, one spoon of Weidamei, one spoon of oyster sauce, one spoon of sugar, a little salt, two star anises, two garlic cloves, six slices of ginger and a little parsley for decoration.
1, put the ribs in cold water, blanch them for two minutes and then take them out.
2. Prepare garlic, ginger slices, star anise, a bottle of beer and a bowl of boiled water.
3. Boil the oil in the pot, put a spoonful of sugar in the cold oil, and put ribs in the caramel.
4. Stir the ribs evenly, add garlic, ginger and star anise and continue to stir fry.
5. Stir-fry until the ribs change color, stir-fry with soy sauce, and then pour in a bottle of beer and a bowl of boiling water, almost twice as much as the ribs. After boiling, add delicious, oyster sauce and sugar, and simmer for 20 minutes.
6. While stewing the ribs, wash and peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces for later use. The ribs were stewed for about twenty minutes, and the potatoes were put in.
7. If you find that there is less water in the stewed ribs, if you add water in the middle, you should also add boiling water. Potatoes ripen in about 15 minutes. If there is more water, just take the juice over high fire.
