Ingredients and materials
250g of mung bean sprouts, half a carrot, half a cucumber, 2-3 cloves of garlic, soy sauce 1 spoon, sugar 1 spoon,
2 tbsp white vinegar, sesame oil 1 tbsp, salt, chicken essence, pepper noodles and white sesame seeds.

Practice steps
Shred carrots and cucumbers, and cut garlic into minced garlic;
Boil water in the pot, first add shredded carrots and break them up;

Adding soy sauce, white vinegar and sesame oil;

Pour hot oil on Chili noodles, sesame seeds and minced garlic and saute;

2 cold mixing of mung bean sprouts ingredients
