Microwave oven practice:
Put the bean curd flower into a bowl (about 2/3), and add appropriate amount of salt, soy sauce, sesame oil, chives or coriander, mustard tuber and monosodium glutamate. High temperature for 3 minutes.
Traditional practice:
Put a proper amount of water into the pot (the ratio of water to tofu flower is 3: 1 or 2: 1), bring to a boil, pour tofu flower, add shredded silk and bean dregs cake (which is unique to our local area), add a proper amount of salt, soy sauce, chives or parsley and pickled mustard tuber, and add water starch after the pot is boiled (stir while pouring, don't touch the pot).
