On the newly created drawing page, click Insert Text Box in the menu bar and select Horizontal Text Box.
Drag and drop the mouse on the drawing page to add an appropriately sized text box and enter text.
In the left quick shape, select the arrow shape, and then double-click the shape to enter text.
