Outdoor courtyard
Through the outdoor courtyard in the middle, people can see the Japanese-style rooms in the residential part from the dining room. Courtyard, as a transitional space between residential areas and restaurants, also provides rich natural light for these two areas.
Dining room space
The architect designed chairs and dining tables with different sizes in the direction of the studio, which enhanced the intimate atmosphere of the space. The corners are processed into soft arcs, which further strengthens the sense of visual space.
Decoration style
As the main material of indoor wall, dark wooden board lays the tone of the whole space, while the whole western wall is decorated with light-colored gypsum, which contrasts with the dark main color and emphasizes the long and narrow sense of depth in the room. In order to contrast with the dark dining space, bright light-colored wood is used as the main decorative material in residential areas.
Stairs and transition spaces
The stairs at the back of the building lead to the family living room, dining room and kitchen. At the same time, it is also combined with the outdoor corridor to form a three-dimensional separated space, connecting the dining room and the bedroom on the second floor.
