Ingredients: 20g tremella, dried lotus seeds 10g, 4 walnuts, proper amount of red dates, proper amount of medlar and proper amount of rock sugar.
Production method:
1, the tremella is soaked in water and torn into small flowers.
2. Cut the soaked dried lotus seeds from the middle and take out the lotus core inside.
3. Put the soaked tremella and lotus seeds into a casserole, add water and boil for 30 minutes.
