First: Don't eat too much. People with hyperlipidemia need to control their weight and should not eat too much for three meals, especially dinner. Some people will go to bed soon after dinner, so they consume less calories. Eating too much is easy to cause fat accumulation.

Fourth: Choose vegetable oil. Optional edible oils include soybean oil, corn oil, sesame oil, cottonseed oil, safflower oil and sunflower oil. These oils are rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids, which can lower blood cholesterol levels.
