Six kinds of spleen and stomach problems. 1. Stomach yang deficiency:

Symptoms: cold pain in the upper abdomen, fatigue, chills, cold limbs, pale and tender tongue.

Dietary suggestion: Mutton, litchi and pumpkin are all isothermal foods.

Pepper pork tripe soup

Pork tripe 1, ribs 200g, white pepper, pepper, ginger slices.

Practice: 1. Wash both sides of pork belly with raw flour first.

2. Blanch the ribs with blood and cut the ginger into large pieces.

3. Put pepper in the pot and bring it to a boil. Add the washed pork belly and simmer for a while.

4. White pepper is fried in a 5.7L Supreme fine steel pot and crushed.

5. Put ginger slices, ribs and pork belly into boiling water.

6. Put the pork belly into the pot, add water to boil, and simmer for 2 hours.

7. Take out the pork belly, cut it into strips, put it in a pot, cook for 15 minutes, and season with salt.

2. Insufficient stomach yin:

Symptoms: dry mouth, dysphagia, dry stool, retching, and red tongue.

Dietary suggestion: tremella, lily, tomato and duck.

Tremella broth

1 tremella, 50g lotus seeds, 50g lily, 10g medlar.

Exercise:

1. After soaking tremella in warm water, wash and tear it into small pieces and soak it in lotus seeds overnight.

2. Pour the soaked tremella into the pot with water, add appropriate amount of rock sugar, and soak the ingredients with water.

3. After the big fire boils, turn it down 1- 1.5 hours.

4. Add lotus seeds and lilies and cook for 1- 1.5 hours.

5. Add Lycium barbarum 5 minutes before cooking.

3. Damp-heat of spleen and stomach:

Symptoms: fullness of glands and abdomen, fatigue, heavy weight, loose stool, fever, bitter taste and yellow urine.

Dietary suggestion: Coix seed, red bean, lotus leaf, bitter gourd and cucumber.

Winter melon and barley porridge: winter melon 100g, barley 30g, glutinous rice 30g.

Practice: 1. The wax gourd is seeded, peeled and cut into pieces, and the coix seed and glutinous rice are washed and soaked for 4 hours.

2. Add 2000ml of water to boil, then add Coicis Semen and glutinous rice, and bring to a low heat for 25 minutes.

3. Add diced wax gourd and cook.

4. Disharmony between spleen and stomach:

Symptoms: loss of appetite, sallow complexion, abdominal distension, nausea and vomiting.

Dietary suggestion: Chinese yam, pumpkin, millet and corn.

Millet, yam and pumpkin porridge: millet 80g, yam 100g, pumpkin 200g.

Practice: 1. Wash yam and pumpkin and cut into pieces.

2. Add 2000ml of water to the pot, and add yam and pumpkin.

3. Heat the water to about 80 degrees and add the millet. Boil the millet for 5 minutes, then turn to low heat for 20 minutes and stir with a spoon to prevent the millet from sticking to the pot.

When the rice is ripe enough to blossom, it can be cooked.

5. Spleen yang deficiency:

Symptoms: tepid limbs, thin stool, aversion to cold and warmth, abdominal distension and pale face.

Dietary suggestion: lotus seeds, dried ginger, yam and red dates.

Millet, yam and jujube porridge: millet 100g, yam 100g, jujube 30g and red bean 10g.

Practice: 1. Red beans are washed and swollen, red dates are washed and pitted, and yam is peeled and cut into pieces.

2. Add 2000ml to the pot, heat it with high fire, and add yam, red beans and red dates to the pot.

3. Heat the water to about 80 degrees and add the millet. Boil the millet for 5 minutes, then turn to low heat for 20 minutes and stir with a spoon to prevent the millet from sticking to the pot.

6. Spleen yin deficiency:

Symptoms: muscle atrophy, fatigue, dry skin, fever in hands and feet.

Dietary suggestion: mung bean, bitter gourd, watermelon and cucumber.

Cucumber apple orange juice: 80g cucumber, 80g apple, 80g orange and 30g lemon.

Practice: 1. Peel and dice apples, oranges and lemons, and dice cucumbers.

2. Pour all the ingredients into the juicer and add a little water to stir.

3. Add some honey to taste.
