1, adjust the system volume.

If the user's system volume is set too low or muted, the screen will be muted. During screen recording, please press the volume button to increase the system volume.

2. Adjust the volume of third-party applications

Because third-party applications can set the volume, if the volume setting is too low, the screen recording will be muted. If the sound is made by a third-party application, please turn up the volume of the application when recording the screen.

3. Open the option "Enable microphone to record ambient sound" in the prompt box. At the beginning of recording, the switch in the pop-up prompt box "Enable microphone to record ambient sound" is turned off, which will lead to silence during recording.

When recording a picture, click the microphone button to turn the microphone on or off, and the corresponding recording sound is as follows:

Turn on the microphone: you can record ambient sound or system sound (the speaker can play system sound).

Turn off the microphone: you can't record the ambient sound, but you can record the system sound (the speaker can play the system sound).

Turn off the microphone and turn off the sound: you can record a silent screen.

4 Close the application that occupies the audio channel.

Because the priority of the audio channel is to use first. If audio channels are occupied by voice-related applications, they will occupy the microphone resources of the system, resulting in the mute of the recorded video. Please turn off the voice application software or live broadcast software that has occupied the audio channel before recording.

5 Check whether the headphones are connected.

If headphones are connected to your tablet, it is recommended that you disconnect them and record the screen for the following reasons:

When the earphone has no microphone and the wired earphone is worn, the system sound is output from the earphone and cannot be recorded as ambient sound by the tablet, so the recorded video is silent.

It is recommended to unplug the headphones before recording the screen. At this time, the system sound is output from the speaker and will be recorded as ambient sound by the mobile phone.

When the earphone has a microphone, plugging in the earphone to record the screen will only record the ambient sound, but not the system sound of the video itself, so plugging in the earphone to record the screen is not recommended.

How to turn on the microphone: After starting the recording screen, click the microphone icon in the upper left corner of the screen to turn it on.

6 Turn on the automatic management switch for screen recording.
