Fuqing Hailiangwokou first-class fishing port project is a key project invested by Fuqing Municipal Government of Fujian Province, aiming at accelerating the development of fishery economy and promoting the development of marine industry. According to the relevant regulations of Fujian provincial government, port engineering belongs to the functions and powers of the transportation department and the port management department, and has no direct relationship with the Agricultural and Rural Bureau.
