How to turn coffee into ice cream
Grind coffee beans with a coffee grinder.
Put it in a small pot, add full-fat milk and cream, boil and let it stand for 15 minutes, so that the aroma of coffee can be completely released.
After a few minutes, the coffee grounds are filtered with a strainer, and the milk cream solution is boiled again with low heat for use.
Put the yolk in a large bowl, add the fine sugar, and beat it with an egg beater until it is thick.
Add the cream solution to the egg yolk bit by bit, stirring constantly while adding.
Put the evenly mixed egg yolk solution into a pot filled with warm water.
Heat on low heat for 3-5 minutes until the solution is slightly thick, and take it out.
Cool the solution and put it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
Then put it in the ice cream machine and beat it for 30 minutes.
