5, then turn to low heat, cover and simmer for 40 minutes, pay attention to the change of soup during this period, and stir fry for 4-5 times;
6. The soup is getting thicker. After the ribs are soft and rotten, turn to high fire to dry all the remaining soup and stir fry quickly. Pour in balsamic vinegar before cooking and stir well.
