1. Ingredients: 2 pieces of frozen tofu, 1 catty of ribs, half a spoonful of pepper, 4 slices of ginger, a little star anise, a little salt, a little chicken essence and three drops of sesame oil.
2. Chop the ribs and put them in a basin; Cut the tofu into small pieces and put it in another basin.
3. Pour a proper amount of cold water and chopped spareribs into the purple clay pot in turn, cover the pot, and ignite the boiled water.
4. Add 3 star anise, appropriate amount of pepper and 4 slices of ginger and cook for about 1 hour.
5. When the ribs are almost cooked, pour in the cut tofu, drop three drops of sesame oil and sprinkle some chicken essence. Just cook the tofu.
