Exercise:
1, first cut lentils, carrots and meatballs into cubes.
2. The oil in the pot is hot, put the carrot in oil, then stir-fry the chopped green onion, put the meatballs and stir-fry for a few minutes, then pour the lentils in, add cooking wine, soy sauce and other seasonings, stir-fry for a few times, then add water and cover and stir-fry for a few minutes.
3. Heat the rice when cooking. When the dishes in the pot are cooked, pour the rice into the pot, add salt and stir well.
