Steps
1. Prepare all ingredients: marinated ribs, tofu, minced ginger, minced garlic, and coriander.
2. Cut the tofu into small pieces and cut the celery into sections.
3. Heat the pan, pour in olive oil, add minced ginger and garlic until fragrant.
4. Pour in the marinated ribs and cover the pot.
5. Fry until both sides are brown.
6. Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, sugar, pepper, XO sauce and appropriate amount of water, cover the pot and simmer over high heat for a few minutes.
7. Open the lid and the juice will dry up.
8. Pour in the tofu, stir slowly, and add appropriate amount of salt.
9. Add cornstarch and gravy and then add coriander.
