The following are seasonal recipes for spring:
1, three fresh potatoes
Three fresh potatoes are mainly potatoes, tomatoes, eggplant and green peppers, supplemented by ginger, sugar and soy sauce.
Production steps:
Wash and peel potatoes, slice them, cut tomatoes and green peppers, and slice eggplant.
Heat a wok, pour oil, saute Jiang Mo, add potatoes, eggplant and tomatoes and stir fry.

Production steps:
Soak dried kelp, drain and shred, wash carrot and shred.

3. Braised bamboo shoots in oil
