Radish and onion soup
Radish and onion treat cold and cough. Practice: radish 1 root, 6 onions, ginger 15g. Cook the radish in three bowls of water first, then add the onion and ginger to make a bowl of soup. Eat it with the residue once. Uses: dispersing lung qi and relieving exterior syndrome, resolving phlegm and relieving cough. Treat cough due to wind-cold, excessive phlegm, chills, fatigue and soreness.
Brown sugar ginger red jujube soup
Treating cold and cough with brown sugar and ginger jujube soup. Practice: 30 grams of brown sugar, fresh ginger 15 grams, 30 grams of red dates. Fry in three bowls of water until half cooked, and take it suddenly. After eating, it will be fine to sweat a little. Uses: dispelling wind and cold. Treat cough due to wind-cold, tingling in stomach cold, postpartum cold diarrhea, evil yin and so on.
Coriander soup
Coriander soup can relieve colds and coughs. Practice: coriander 30g, maltose 30g, rice 100g. Wash the rice first and add water to make soup. Take three spoonfuls of rice soup, add coriander and maltose, stir, steam for 10 minute, take it once while it is hot, and pay attention to avoid cold. Purpose: To penetrate the exterior and sweat, and treat cough caused by cold.
