Dangshen Zhugan Decoction
Materials: 250g of pig liver, 20g of angelica and 20g of codonopsis pilosula, and appropriate amounts of Ziziphus jujuba seed, onion and ginger.
Seasoning: cooking wine, salt and a little sesame oil.
Practice of Dangshen Zhugan Decoction
1, pig liver is cleaned and sliced; Cleaning Radix Angelicae Sinensis and Radix Codonopsis respectively, and slicing; Cleaning Semen Ziziphi Spinosae; Wash onion and ginger separately and cut into powder for later use.
2. Add salt and cooking wine to pork liver slices, stir well and marinate slightly.
3. Put the pot on fire, add a proper amount of water, add Angelica slices, Codonopsis pilosula slices and Ziziphus jujuba seeds, and bring to a boil over high heat and turn to low heat 10 minute.
4. Add pork liver slices and cook until the color changes, then put them in Jiang Mo and continue to cook for 35 minutes, and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
