Raw materials:
450g of white radish, 4g of beef100g, 0g of onion15g, 5g of ginger10g of cooking wine10g of soy sauce10g of salt, 2g of monosodium glutamate, 3g of star anise and 40g of peanut oil.
Cooking method:
① Wash radish and beef separately, cut them into 2 cubes, blanch them in boiling water and take them out;
(2) add oil to the pot, heat it, add onion, ginger and star anise, stir-fry until fragrant, add fresh soup, cooking wine and beef, and stew until cooked;
(3) adding radish pieces, boiling, and skimming the floating foam;
