Recommended recipe: burdock soup
Ingredients: burdock 100g, half chicken, and a little seasoning for ham: medlar, codonopsis pilosula, star anise, pepper, licorice and salt.
Practice: Peel and wash burdock, soak it in clear water for a while, and remove some peculiar smell. Separate the chicken from the chicken bones. Put chicken bones, burdock, wolfberry fruit, codonopsis pilosula and other materials into a soup pot, add water to boil, and then simmer for about 2 hours.
