How to make hot dog sausage bread?

Because different flours have different water absorbances, I usually put less 10-20g of water when cooking, and then add the remaining water when I feel dry. If it is summer, it is best to put all the ingredients in the refrigerator overnight, and then stir them to prevent the dough from getting too hot. If it is winter, you can directly stir the ingredients. When the dough is evenly stirred and there is no dry powder, start the dehumidifier and stir at high speed. Stir until the dough is slightly smooth, add butter and continue stirring. Butter can't melt into liquid, but it's better to be slightly soft. Stir until the glove film dough appears. The dough temperature at this time is preferably lower than 30 degrees.

The total fermentation time is about one to two hours. How to check whether the dough is well fermented? Dip some flour with your fingers and gently press it on the dough, and a hole will appear. If the hole in the middle will be filled after your finger is pulled out, it means that the dough is not ready yet and still has swelling power, so you will continue to make it. If the whole dough collapses at the touch of a finger, it means that the dough is overdone and can't be used any more.
