Ingredients: carp 500g (other fish can also be used).
Accessories: onion, ginger, garlic, mushrooms, dates, refined salt, vinegar, soy sauce, cooking wine and edible oil. Exercise:
1. Wash the fish and soak in salt for 5~ 10 minutes.
