The Apple phone I know accidentally hid the app and found a way: search function, Siri voice assistant, settings, iTunes. Enter the name of the application you want to find in the search field. Press and hold the Home button at the bottom of the phone's home screen to bring up the Siri voice assistant.

Find the Settings application on the iPhone's home screen, find the Enable Restrictions option on the Restrictions page, and then enter the correct restriction password. Connect the iPhone to your computer, and then select the "Applications" option.
