1. Prepare ingredients: 50g cod, 0/00g tofu, 30g broccoli, 30g crab mushroom, 20g carrot, 0/egg, and a little starch.
PS: Cod can also be replaced by other seafood or fish, but it is best to choose fish with fewer fishbones.
2. After the cod is peeled, cut it into small pieces.
PS: The meat of cod is soft and chewy, so it doesn't need to be cut into pieces. Give it to younger babies. You can chop it with chopsticks after cooking. After the cod is cut, be sure to check whether there are any fishbones in the fish by hand again.
3. Cut the tofu into small pieces.
PS: You can choose old tofu or tender tofu. Tender tofu tastes delicate and smooth, but old tofu has high calcium content.
4. After the water is boiled, pour the tofu into the pot, blanch it for 2 minutes and take it out.
PS: Soaking tofu in advance can remove the smell of beans, and it is not easy to go bad when cooking soup.
5. Boil water in another pot and blanch the crab-flavored mushrooms for 2 minutes.
PS: Crab-flavored mushrooms are delicious and can add flavor to the soup. If you can't buy crab mushrooms, you can also use other mushrooms instead.
6. Then cut the crab mushroom into small squares and let the baby chew.

7. After the water is boiled, add broccoli 1 min to remove pesticide residues.
8. Then cut the broccoli.
9. After peeling the carrot, cut it into dices.
10. Separate the egg yolk from the egg white and keep the egg yolk for later use.
PS: Actually, this step can be omitted. Just pour the eggs into the soup. But if the baby is allergic to egg white, you can filter out the egg white like me, leaving only the yolk to pour the egg flowers.

PS: Starch water can make the soup taste stronger. If you want the soup to be light, you don't need starch thickening ~
12. After the water is boiled, add mushrooms and carrots and cook for about 4 minutes.
PS: If there is broth, you can use broth instead of water. Mushrooms and carrots are not easy to cook, so put them in the pot first.
13. Then add cod pieces and continue to cook for 5 minutes.
PS: Cod itself has fat, and cod meat is very chewy, so I didn't cut it into small pieces. First, I'm afraid it's too broken to hold, and second, I can exercise my baby's chewing ability.
14. Pour in the baked tofu.
15. Finally, pour in broccoli and cook for about 2 minutes.

19. The drenched egg yolk liquid is not easy to cook for a long time. After the yolk is solidified, you can turn off the heat and get out of the pot!

Put forward a small point
Don't cook cod for too long, just about 8- 10 minutes, otherwise the meat will be hard. To judge whether the cod is cooked, you can gently pinch it with chopsticks. If it is easily crushed, it proves that it is ripe.
