Raw materials: rice150g;
Exercise:
1. Peel the sweet potato, wash it and cut it into cubes.
2. Wash the rice, add water to the pot until it is half cooked, add diced sweet potatoes and cook on low heat until the rice and sweet potatoes are cooked.
Features: clearing away heat and promoting fluid production, suitable for people of all ages or those with stomach heat.
Exercise 2:
Raw materials: rice, a small amount of glutinous rice, sweet potato and water.
Exercise:
1, peeled and diced sweet potato, washed rice and soaked in clear water 1 hour;
2. Put the rice and water into a deep pot and bring it to a boil;
3. After boiling for 30 minutes on low heat, add sweet potato pieces and cook slowly until the porridge is thick.
Exercise 3:
Raw materials: red dates, sweet potatoes, white beans and rice.
Exercise:
1, red dates and white beans are soaked in hot water first.
2. Soak for about half an hour after washing rice.
3. After the porridge is boiled, pour in red dates and white beans. Cook for a while, then add the sweet potato. Stir in the same direction with a small spoon when cooking. When the porridge is sticky, just add a little rock sugar.
Practice 4:
Raw materials: sweet potato, rice
Put the two materials together in a casserole and add water. Boil the water with high fire first, then turn to low heat and cook slowly. Stir it with a spoon from time to time to avoid pasting the bottom.
Practice 5:
Raw materials: sweet potato, rape leaves and rice.
Exercise:
1. Wash the rice and add some water to cook it into porridge; Wash and peel the sweet potato, cut it into thin slices, put it in a pot and boil it with appropriate amount of water, then turn to low heat and boil it, take it out and grind it into mud.
2. Blanch the rape flower tips, filter out the juice and chop it for later use.
3. Mix the sweet potato paste and porridge evenly.
4. Sprinkle rape powder on sweet potato porridge.
