Steps -
after cleaning, soak in clean water and refrigerate overnight.

Tips-
I soaked the ribs in clear water for two hours, but I didn't blanch them. If you are not used to it, you can still soak the ribs in water before frying them. Because of the soy sauce and soy sauce, the amount of salt should be less, or it can be adjusted according to your own taste.
