1. The stall hot pot originated in Zhenfeng County, Guizhou Province. It is a combination of sliced soup and lobster sauce hot pot. Mainly local fresh pork and pig fat oil, supplemented by bean paste, lobster sauce and dried Chili noodles. Sprinkle garlic sprouts in the pot, and the meat smells good.

2. Hot pot stalls originated in rural areas of Guizhou. A coal stove, an iron pot and several wooden stools are just like stalls, so they are called hot pot stalls.
