Ingredients list: 500g wheat flour, 300g donkey meat, 50g coriander, and 0/00g green pepper/kloc.
1. Add salt and warm water to the flour and knead it into dough. Cover the kneaded dough with a damp cloth and let it wake up for a while.
2. Chop the cooked donkey meat into minced meat, then wash and chop the green pepper and coriander for later use.
3. Knead the awakened dough again, and then divide it into some evenly sized agents. Grease each reagent, then stack the two reagents and put a dough similar to the size of dates on it.
4. Wrap it in the shape of steamed bread and grind it into small cakes, each of which is made into small cakes.
