Su Shi (1037 ~110/), a native of Meishan, Sichuan. Su was admitted to Jinshi in the second year of AD (1057). He used to be a state official in Mizhou, Xuzhou, Chaozhou, Hangzhou and Dingzhou. In the middle, he once served as a Beijing official, such as a calligraphy scholar, a bachelor of Hanlin, a senior official, and a senior official. In middle age, he was jailed because of Wutai poetry case, and later he was demoted to Huangzhou, and later he was demoted to Huizhou and Huizhou again in his later years.
