Monday

Breakfast: 1 steamed bun (50g), 1 cup of milk (250ml), 1 egg , 1 small butterfly of cold bean sprouts.

Lunch: a bowl of rice (100g), pickled vegetables and tofu, fried shredded pork and celery.

Dinner: 1 steamed bun (100g), salted prawns, fried chicken slices and rapeseed.

Tuesday

Breakfast: Whole wheat bread slices (50 grams), 1 cup of soy milk (400 ml), 1 tea egg, 1 small butterfly of cold bitter melon.

Lunch: 2 pieces of pancakes (100 pieces), mushrooms and winter melon, shredded beef and fried carrots.

Dinner: 1 bowl of rice (100g), chicken soup with tofu and cabbage, stir-fried shrimp and cucumber.

Wednesday

Breakfast: 1 vegetable bun (50g), 1 bowl of rice porridge, 1 egg, 1 small butterfly of mixed cabbage heart.

Lunch: 1 cornmeal steamed bun (100g), fried squid rolled with celery, and grilled eggplant.

Dinner: 1 bowl of rice (100g), roasted tofu with chopped green onion, cabbage with pepper oil.

Friday

Breakfast: Milk oatmeal (250 ml of milk, 25 grams of oats), egg custard (1 egg), dried shrimps mixed with 1 small butterfly of celery.

Lunch: 1 bowl of buckwheat rice (100g), shredded pork with green pepper, mushroom and tofu soup.

Dinner: 1 flower roll (100g), fish with vinegar and pepper, fried lentils with tomatoes.

Saturday

Breakfast: 1 small steamed bun (50g), 1 bowl of coix seed porridge, 1 egg, 1 small butterfly of shredded lettuce.

Lunch: Silk noodles with wild rice eel (including 100 grams of noodles), Chinese cabbage with vinegar.

Dinner: Scallion pancake (contains 100 grams of flour), dried celery, seaweed and winter melon soup.

Sunday

Breakfast: 240ml of milk, 1 egg, 50g of steamed buns.

Lunch: 150 grams of pancakes, 80 grams of soy sauce beef, and bean sprouts cooked in vinegar.

Dinner: 150 grams of rice, roasted tofu with minced meat, spinach with garlic.
