Sauteed shredded pumpkin

Ingredients: tender pumpkin, green pepper, garlic, garlic sprout, salt, chicken essence, vegetable oil and oil consumption.

Exercise:

1: First cut the tender pumpkin in half, buckle the pulp inside, wash it and cut it into filaments.

2: Wash the green pepper and cut it into filaments.

3: Chop garlic, wash garlic seedlings and cut into sections.

4: Pour proper amount of vegetable oil into the pot. When the oil is hot, add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Put tender shredded pumpkin into the pot, stir-fry with shredded green pepper and garlic sprout evenly.

5: Add oil consumption, salt and chicken essence and mix well.
