Vegetables for steamed buns: purslane, shredded potatoes, shredded peppers, shredded carrots, and bean curds.
Method:
1. Soak the dried purslane in boiling water until soft.
2. Cut purslane, fine peppers and carrots into small cubes and set aside.
3. Add oil to the hot pan and stir-fry the diced carrots for a while.
4. Add fine chili peppers and stir-fry until almost cooked.
5. Add salt and allspice.
6. Finally, add purslane and stir-fry for one minute.
7. Take the steamed buns.
8. Cut it from the middle.
9. Add the fried vegetables, and a spicy vegetable steamed bun will be ready.
