The original "Control Panel-Personalization-Color" setting interface has only one setting item to change the color, but the current "Settings-Personalization-Color" setting interface has three setting items. The reason why the color of taskbar and start menu has not changed is the second setting item "Display color on taskbar and start menu". By default, this option is off. After opening it, change the color, and you will find that the colors of the taskbar and the start menu have changed.
The first setting item "Automatically select my background color" means that the system will intelligently select the appropriate color according to the main color of the current desktop wallpaper. When we use many Windows themes in the Microsoft theme library, we will find that the colors of the taskbar and window border will change with the wallpaper, which is the performance of this intelligent mechanism. If you turn this option off, a list of Suggested Colors will be displayed below for you to choose from.
The third setting item is a switch to set the start menu or start the screen transparency effect. You can set the transparency effect here.
