Ingredients: beef 1kg, tomato 0.5kg, coriander 3, pepper, ginger 2, salt.
Exercise:

Ingredients: 300g mustard, a little ginger and medlar, 200g beef, a little salt and a little rice wine.

Chinese yam
Ingredients: beef 500g, yam 150g, 4 slices of ginger, onion, cooking wine and salt.
Exercise:
1, cut beef into pieces, add water to the pot to boil, remove and wash;

spinach
Ingredients: beef 250g (lean meat), spinach 750g, carrot150g, potato 500g (yellow skin), egg 250g, condensed milk10g (sweet and canned), lemon juice 50g, white vinegar 5g, fragrant leaves 3g and butter/kloc-3g.
