2. Wash and cut garlic seedlings, shred dried peppers, shred ginger and mince garlic.
3. Take a small bowl and add some soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, Chili powder, vinegar and chicken essence to make juice.
4. Add oil to the wok, heat it, add shredded pork and stir-fry until the meat changes color.
5. Add the right amount of oil to the wok and stir-fry the dried peppers and peppers on low heat.
6. Add bean paste, shredded ginger and minced garlic and stir-fry until red oil is produced. Add shredded pork and return to the pot.
