The required ingredients are shrimp 500g, leek 150g, ginger and garlic.
Seasoning salt, cooking wine, pepper, soy sauce
Step 1: Wash the shrimps, put them in a pot and soak them in a little salt and cooking wine for 10 minute. Rinse repeatedly with clear water and drain for later use. Doing so can remove the fishy smell of river shrimp.
Step 2: Wash leek, cut into inches, and separate leek roots and leaves. When cooking, in order to be mature and consistent, first cook leek roots, and then cook leek leaves.
Step 3: Slice ginger and garlic for later use.
Step 4: Heat the oil in the pot to 50% heat, and then stir-fry the shrimps in the river.
Step 5: Stir-fry the shrimps in the river until they are crisp, and add ginger slices and garlic slices to stir-fry until fragrant.
Step 6: Add the right amount of salt.
Step 7: Add leek root and stir fry quickly, and add proper amount of cooking wine, soy sauce and pepper.
Step 8: Add leek leaves and stir-fry quickly until the leek wilts, and immediately take it out of the pot and put it on the plate.
