Ingredients: 2 cups of flour, salt 1/2 teaspoons, thyme leaves 1/2 teaspoons, basil 1/2 teaspoons, marjoram powder 1/2 teaspoons (oregano, also known as oregano, Elsholtzia, and peppermint).
Exercise:
1. Mix all the raw materials in a large bowl for later use;
2. Dip the chicken pieces into the evenly stirred egg liquid;
3. Turn the chicken pieces in the bread crumbs to make them evenly covered with bread crumbs;
4. Finally, put the chicken pieces into the mixture in 1 above;
5. Adjust the oven temperature to 350 degrees (I personally suggest using a pressure cooker or a pressurized steam cooker, which is used in KFC stores);
6. Put the chicken pieces into the iron plate and cover them with tin foil (with the flashing face facing outward);
7. Heat for 40 minutes;
8. Remove the tin foil and heat for another 40 minutes;
9. Pour a little oil on the chicken pieces 5 minutes before cooking;
10, take out of the pan, cool for 5 minutes, and serve.
