1, prepare ingredients, thick steak and thin beef slices.
2. Steak should be marinated on both sides with olive oil, proper amount of sea salt and black pepper.
3. Burn the pot 1 min in advance to keep the pot hot enough. Pickled cows will hiss when they are released. Fry on each side 1 min.
4. Fried steak, cut into pieces and served with black pepper sauce.
