Hongbinlou Restaurant was founded in 1853 (the third year of Qing Xianfeng). Originally located in Tianjin, it is a prestigious Muslim restaurant. 1955 went to Beijing at the invitation of Premier Zhou, and enjoyed a high reputation in Beijing for its unique dishes. It was praised as "the first floor of Muslim catering in Beijing" by gourmets, Muslims and all walks of life. The existing area of Hongbin Building is 2000 square meters. The whole building is divided into three floors. There are two elegant rooms on the first floor: the star and the moon. Six elegant rooms on the second floor: Hongye, Cooper, Cuizhu, Youlan, Dangui and Furong; There are eight elegant rooms on the third floor: Lily, Ginkgo, Tang Di, Pomegranate, Rhododendron, Spruce, Camellia and Winter Plum. Each floor has a separate hall that can accommodate 660 people at the same time.
